Modelling Dough

What you need:

• 2 cups flour
• 1/2 cup salt
• 2 cups water
• 2 tablespoons oil
• 1/4 cup cream of tartar
• Food dye

What to do:

1. Mix all ingredients well in a bowl.  (If you have a food processor it will speed up the process)
2. Cook/stir over a very low heat in a saucepan until it forms a thick dough.
3. Let it cool.
4. Knead it until it is smooth.
5. Store in an airtight container in the fridge until you are ready to use it.
