Dog
What
you need:
- Wire coat hanger
- Black ribbon
- Thick card
- Brass paper
fasteners
- Glue
- Tape
What to do:
- Bend a coat
hanger straight
- Bend a little
loop in the top, big enough for you to slip your hand through.
- Glue black
ribbon over the whole thing.
- Make a collar
out of thick card by gluing a strip in a loop and adding brass paper
fasteners.
- Tape it on to
the hanger.
